1. Who we are
The website www.groundflows.com is operated by GroundFlows, a sole proprietorship run by Tias Cedric Wolf, based in Quebec, Canada.

“You” and “your” refer to any person visiting the website or placing an order.
By accessing our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
2. Access to the website and eligibility
To use our store and place orders, you must:

not use the website for any unlawful purpose.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the website or purchase our products.
3. Products, photos and information
We mainly sell barefoot socks and related products for beach, water and outdoor activities.
We do our best to:

display accurate photos.

colours may vary depending on your screen;

slight variations in design, materials or packaging may occur.
We may change product descriptions, prices, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
4. Prices, currency and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AU$) unless otherwise stated.

We may update prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is due at checkout, using the methods offered on the website (for example: credit card, PayPal, etc.).

You are responsible for providing correct payment details.
Your bank or payment provider may charge additional fees (conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, etc.) depending on your situation.
5. Orders and confirmation
An order is considered accepted when:

You have completed payment, and

You have received an order confirmation email from GroundFlows.
We reserve the right to:

refuse or cancel any order,

limit quantities per person, household or order,
-
cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, payment failure, or clearly incorrect information (address, stock error, etc.).
If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship primarily to Australia.

Order processing time: usually 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Estimated delivery time within Australia: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.
These time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, local carriers, peak seasons, strikes, weather issues or other events beyond our control.
Any applicable shipping fees are displayed at checkout.
Free-shipping offers (for example on 2+ pairs) apply only when clearly stated on the website.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not liable for lost or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered (incorrect address, parcel not collected, etc.), we may:

offer to reship the parcel (additional shipping fees may apply), or
-
offer a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs), at our discretion.
7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

the product must be unworn, unwashed,
-
in perfect condition and in its original packaging (for hygiene reasons),
-
and you must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
We may refuse returns of items that are used, damaged or not returned within the specified period.
How to request a return

We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide the return address and instructions.

Unless we made an error or the item is defective, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

if the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within a reasonable time;

original shipping costs (if any) are generally not refundable, except in the case of our error or a defective item.
Defective or damaged items
If your product arrives damaged or with a clear defect:

please contact us within 7 days of delivery at infos.groundflows@gmail.com,

include clear photos and a description of the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund, at our discretion.
8. “Free Feet 30-Day” comfort guarantee
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day comfort guarantee:
Try your GroundFlows barefoot socks for up to 30 days (at the beach, pool, camping, etc.).
If you do not feel more comfortable and protected than with regular thongs or going barefoot, contact us and we will do our best to find a suitable solution under our return policy.
This guarantee does not replace our standard return policy; it works together with it and remains subject to the conditions in Section 7.
9. Use of the website
You agree not to:

use the website for any illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose;

attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
-
introduce viruses, malware or any harmful code;
-
collect data from other users without their consent.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the website or Service if we suspect abuse or a breach of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the GroundFlows website (including text, logos, images, photos, graphics, design, etc.) is the property of GroundFlows or used with permission.
You may not:

copy, reproduce, distribute or reuse our content for commercial purposes;

modify or create derivative works from our content without our written consent.
You may view, download or print content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

When you place an order or use our website, we may collect certain personal information, such as:

Our total liability for any claim related to a product or to your use of the website will not exceed the total amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
In case of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to try to resolve the issue amicably.
If no agreement can be reached, the courts of Québec (Canada) may have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that provide otherwise.
