These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local postal services, peak seasons, strikes, weather conditions or events beyond our control.
Shipping fees (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free-shipping offers apply only when clearly indicated on the website.
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered, we may contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or issue a partial refund (excluding original shipping costs).
7. Returns, exchanges & refunds

Return period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for return
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, for hygiene reasons.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

Any item that is visibly worn, damaged by improper use, or returned after the 30-day period may be refused.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or final-sale conditions if clearly stated on the product page.
Return process

We will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions and the return address.

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

8. 30-Day “Free Feet” comfort guarantee
In addition to your legal rights, GroundFlows offers a 30-day comfort guarantee for our barefoot socks:
Try your GroundFlows barefoot socks for up to 30 days on the beach, at the pool or while camping.
If you don’t feel safer or more comfortable compared to walking barefoot or wearing regular thongs, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right under our refund policy.
This guarantee is subject to the conditions in the Returns, exchanges & refunds section above.
