Shipping Information
We ship our products primarily to Australia from our international partners.
Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time

Estimated delivery time within Australia is 7–15 business days after dispatch.

These time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, local carriers, peak seasons, weather or events beyond our control.
Shipping fees

Shipping fees (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Any free-shipping offers (for example on 2+ pairs) apply only when clearly mentioned on our website.
Order tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
If tracking is available for your order, a tracking link or number will be included in that email.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. GroundFlows is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect address information.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, we may offer:

reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply), or

a partial refund (excluding original shipping fees), at our discretion.

We want you to be happy with your GroundFlows purchase.
Return window
You can request a return within 30 days from the delivery date.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition,

In their original packaging (for hygiene reasons),

With proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email).
We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to request a return

We will confirm if your item is eligible and send you the return address and instructions.

Unless we made an error or the item is defective, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

Original shipping fees (if any) are normally non-refundable, except in case of our error or a defective product.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a clear defect:

Include photos and a short description of the issue.
After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund, at our discretion.
